The ejaculatory muscle, commonly called the PC muscle, is the muscle that you feel involuntary contracting when you’re ejaculating and having an orgasm… this is the same muscle that controls the release of urine – the muscle you push to force urination out and contract to stop the flow of urine.

Making a conscious effort to keep this special muscle relaxed throughout sex will keep ejaculation at bay and help you stay longer in bed.

Well, it is easy for me to say “relax” the muscle… but how do you really go about it?

Simple!

Notice how when you’re peeing, you push outward to force urination out and contract when you are trying to hold back urination… and how you relax to allow the urine to flow naturally?

You see, that midpoint where you relax to allow the urine to flow naturally… that’s the relaxed state. That means in this state, there’s no forcing urination out nor stopping the flow of urine.

In short, when the ejaculatory muscle is neither pushing nor pulling, it means it is relaxed.

Or more practically, when you’re not voluntary or involuntary flexing and releasing the muscle during sex, it is relaxed.

(Hint: When you let your girl or woman gets on top during sex – cowgirl style – you will be in a better position to keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed.)

Relaxation of the ejaculatory muscle is key to lasting as long as you want during sex… involuntary contractions push you closer to ejaculation.

#3. Slowing down your thrusting movements to keep your excitement and arousal from becoming overwhelming and losing control

Usually, you will thrust deep into your girl (or woman) and pull back, then deep and then out…

Thrusting shallow and short or moving in and out of your girl or woman with just the tip of your penis, rather than going in deep, lessen the stimulation on the penis and keep your arousal from becoming overwhelming and thus help you delay ejaculation to last longer.

Deep thrusting movements stimulate the full penis and thereby increases excitement and intensifies arousal.

Now, you can switch things up by…

…varying the depth of penetration (Technique #5.)

Here, you alternate your thrusts with a few shallow thrusts (thrusting in and out of your girl with just the tip of your penis) for a couple of deep thrusts.

This also helps lessens stimulation to the penis and keep your excitement and arousal from becoming overwhelming and losing control.

Here’s how you go about varying the depth of penetration:

9 shallow thrusts, then 1 deep thrust.

4 shallow, 6 deep.

3 shallow, 7 deep.

2 shallow, 8 deep.

1 shallow, 9 deep.

Then, you do it backward:

2 shallow, 8 deep.

3 shallow, 7 deep.

4 shallow, 6 deep.

5 shallow, 5 deep.

6 shallow, 4 deep.

7 shallow, 3 deep.

8 shallow, 2 deep.

9 shallow, 1 deep.

Then do another backward sequence:

8 shallow thrusts, 2 deep thrusts.

…and so on.

Deep thrusting movements stimulate the full penis and thereby intensifies arousal, while short shallow thrusts… not so much.

The next technique on lasting longer in bed…

#6. Shortening your range of motion to lessen stimulation to the penis and keep your excitement and arousal from becoming overwhelming and losing control

This is when instead of pulling all the way back and thrusting all the way into your woman with your full penis… you just stay deep inside her and rather pull back about an inch and then thrust back in, being in close contact with her genitals.
