The PS-spot (perineal sponge spot) is an erogenous zone inside of the vagina on the back wall just behind the perineum (the general region between the vagina opening and the anus).
It is located opposite the G-spot, about ½ an inch deep on the back wall of the vagina.

The PS-Spot and The Female Sexual Pleasure
The PS-spot is rich in highly sensitive nerve fibers and is extremely sensitive to erotic stimulation.
When a woman (or a girl) becomes sexually aroused via foreplay, the erectile tissue of the perineal sponge spot becomes engorged with blood, making it pleasurably sensitive to erotic stimulation.
Simulating this spot feels highly arousing to girls (or women) and can make their orgasms more intense.
Stimulation of The PS-Spot
The PS-spot can be pleasured by stimulating the perineum from the outside, or stimulating it indirectly internally via the back wall of the vagina or the front wall of the anus during penetration…
…and it responds to soft pinching, pulling, and rubbing.
The Perineal Sponge Spot and Anal Penetration
The PS-spot is closely connected to the anus, so anal fingering and anal sex can also stimulate this area.
The membrane or the wall of a woman or a girl’s anus is very thin and easy access to the PS-spot… thus, one can indirectly pleasure or stimulate the PS-spot via the anus.
So there you have it…
