And just between the vulva and the anus or just above the anus…
…is another super-sensitive region – the perineum.
You can lick this area with the tip of your tongue from side to side, up and down, or in a zigzag.
This small region is packed full of nerve endings, and a good lick will inflame a woman.
Lick this area repeatedly with the tip of your tongue for about a minute or two, alternating between licking and sucking the vaginal lips and then licking the fourchette.
Next, you run the tip of your tongue between the vaginal lips
You lick in the middle of the vulva firmly from bottom to top, then you lick and suck the inner vaginal lips (the labia minora). Focusing on one inner lip at a time – you lick and suck on one lip, then the other repeatedly.

You mix up the pressure you apply – soft licks one minute, and firm licks the next.
Next, you spread the vaginal lips apart with your left and right thumb
